
一、基本情况
郭勇,化学生物学博士,教授,博士生/硕士生导师,湖南省芙蓉青年学者,南华大学青年优秀人才。本、硕博就读于西北农林科技大学,曾任职于郑州大学药学院生药系。主要从事天然药物先导的发现、结构优化及药理作用机制研究。先后承担国家自然基金—面上(2项)、青年基金项目、河南省优秀青年科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金部门联合基金、河南省自然基金面上项目、中国博士后面上项目等课题。在J. Med. Chem., Chin. Chem. Lett., Eur. J. Med. Chem.,等SCI期刊发表论文60余篇,其中在JMC、JAFC等期刊入选封面论文3篇,ESI 1%热点论文1篇,ESI 1%高被引5篇。

1.天然药物先导发现,结构优化及药理作用机制研究;
2. 含氮杂环活性功能小分子合成及生物活性评价;
3.基于天然产物的抗菌制剂及材料研究。
